One-on-One Customized Coaching

A follow-on coaching program that uses scheduled telephone conferences to support administrators as they work toward consistent implementation of The Fundamental Practices^™ introduced in TBC's 2-Day Program.

In This Program You Will Master How To:

• Maintain your office impeccably;
• Maximize the effectiveness of your daily meeting with your secretary;
• Generate and manage the flow of requests through your organization;
• Implement TBC's Breakthrough Scheduling Process^™.

Who Should Participate:

Administrative teams who have completed TBC's 2-Day Program and who meet the following prerequisites:

• A demonstrated desire on the part of the administrator to master the forty-hour work week;
• A demonstrated commitment on the part of both administrator and secretary to participate;
• A minimum of three months' practice with The Fundamentals.

Format:

A 12-session consulting agreement consisting of two, 30-minute phone calls monthly with a certified TBC Coach.
