"Since participating in TBC’s 2-Day Program I have learned to be much more disciplined with my time. I now spend a good part of my day in classrooms and common areas of the school – time well spent! This year our school will be one of two statewide to be awarded the Washington State 2009-10 Title I, Part A Distinguished School Award."

Debra Gary, Principal,
Pioneer Elementary School, Auburn SD, Auburn, WA

"Before I attended TBC’s 2-Day Program I was working until midnight most nights, and working weekends. My school's test scores were stagnating. These two days literally changed my life. I went from working 70 hours a week to 48. My school achieved double digit increases in Math and Reading on the PSSA. I have more job satisfaction than I have ever had. I highly recommend this program."

Ernest Holiday Jr., CEO/Principal,
Delaware Valley Charter High School, Philadelphia PA

"As a school secretary, I was initially quite apprehensive about TBC training. Well after the first two sessions I was sold! In the 15 years that I have been a school secretary, nothing has improved my job as much as this new approach. Thank you, thank you!"

Karen Mueller, School Secretary,
Victor Elementary School District
