"Working Less? Producing More? What's Next?"

A one-day program for administrator-secretary teams who have completed TBC's 2-Day Program and are ready to extend and expand their understanding and application of TBC's Management Methodology™. Teams will have an opportunity to share their real-work experiences and submit specific situational questions during the Q & A portion of the program.

Participants Will Have Multiple Opportunities To:

• Revisit and benchmark the team's initial implementation results;
• Review and reinforce their understanding of secretarial procedures necessary for success;
• Refine the scheduling process and identify ways to make it work more smoothly;
• Create and practice communications strategies for introducing TBC's Management Methodology™ to the larger school community.

Who Should Attend:

2-Day Program graduate teams only.

Format:

This program takes place over one day and can accommodate up to 50 teams of two.
