"TBC's Teacher Program opened lines of communication between my teachers and me that had never been explored. My staff now understands how much the procedural changes I have made in the front office will benefit them in their classrooms. Our shared TBC experience has resulted in many thoughtful discussions about how we can work together to impact our school's future."
