What Teachers Need to Know About TBC

This seminar introduces teachers to TBC's Management Methodology^™. School community members learn how to work in partnership with administrators who are using TBC's methodology. The program is ideal for the support and advancement of school-based Professional Learning Communities.

Participants Will Learn:

• How the administrator uses the role of Manager to support higher student achievement;
• How to distinguish between Coaching and Evaluation;
• How to make the most effective use of the administrator's instructional leadership.

Who Should Attend:

TBC Alumni teams and their teachers who are part of a school-based learning community that is practicing TBC's Management Methodology™.

Format:

This program takes place over one half day and provides 4 hours of professional development credit (subject to approval by the participants' school district).
