The
Breakthrough Coach is a consulting firm dedicated to developing
the leadership skills of school administrators. TBC has a
proven track record of:
- Multiplying the time instructional leaders spend
observing
classrooms by 500% or more
- Significantly
increasing student achievement
- Decreasing administrators' work loads by 15-20
hours per week
- Eliminating the need for additional administrative
staff
TBC clients are typically talented, high performing employees
who got where they are through their commitment to excellence
and years of experience. However, they now find themselves
working 60-70 hour weeks, under intense pressure to raise
test scores, unable to get into classrooms like they need
to, and having very little personal time. They are rapidly
heading toward burn out and many districts are at risk of
losing their best leaders.
The Breakthrough Coach addresses this situation by teaching
school administrators how to apply management practice to
the running of their front offices practices that
free them up from technical front office work and instead
allow them to spend two full days a week in classrooms.
TBC's programs are designed to radically alter an administrators
view of their leadership role, while simultaneously teaching
them how to create breakthrough improvements in their schools
critical performance measures. This combination of thinking
and skill enables school administrators to provide truly effective
leadership as they face the enormous changes taking place
in education today.
