Course Structure

FAQs

Do you have to be a Foundations Course Graduate to attend the Webinar Series?

Yes.

What’s the ideal amount of time between completing the Foundations Course and beginning the Webinar Series?

Three to six months. It’s preferable to have some TBC implementation under your belts before you attend the Webinar Series.

Can my current administrative partner attend the Webinar Series with me if they have not already taken the Foundations Course?

No. The Webinar Series is not a review of the Foundations Course. It’s “next level” learning. The Foundations Course is a prerequisite for participation in the Webinar Series.

How many sessions does the series consist of and how long is each session?

The Webinar Series consists of 8 sessions, each 75-90 minutes in length. Sessions run bi-monthly over four months.

How should my partner and I situate ourselves in our office to participate together?

Ideally, you should sit side by side at one computer terminal. This facilitates the multiple “turn and talks” and breakout rooms we do in every session. For teams that can’t sit together, we provide alternative participation instructions in the course.

Can 6-8 teams sit together in one room and utilize one screen?

No. Plan to show up fully so we can see and hear you. In this course you will actively engage in a learning community with your colleagues and peers.

If I miss a session can I attend the following sessions?

Yes.

If I miss a session, will I be able to watch a recording of the missed session before the next session?

No. However, participants will receive the entire recorded series post-Session 8.

If I can’t attend a specific session can my partner attend without me?

Yes. Participating like this may impact the value you get from the course and we don’t recommend it, but we do allow it.
